The JP ER-150 has been designed for models which weight up to 20kg.
ER-150 adopts high-grade aluminium alloy as main material. Each parts were produced by high precision CNC machine. More important part is the motor system. JP company adopts new advanced sun-gear box system and high-strength 12.9 grade M4 worm to act as heart of retract. ER-150 runs extremely smooth base on double bearing structure, greatly improve the service life and reduce noise. These makes electric retract more safety and reliable.

- Main body design: The ER-150 main frame is building by two plates which make by high-grade aluminium alloy. Mounted by eight units 12.9 grade high strength screw with four strong copper cylinders. Smooth M sliding rail and auto lock system, and easy change retraction direction advantage. All parts are very well protected inside the strong main body.
- Precise, Strong, Easy maintain and Long service life: All the parts are produced by latest industrial highest accuracy CNC machines. Four stronger points stationery style with enough 12.9 grade high strength screw. All the parts are independence and and removable, so very easy and quickly maintain. JP company adopts New powerful motor with latest sungear system, Integrate double bearing structure with 42.0mm long high strength worm and M4 slider together to be a system that is strong, smooth and long service life .
- Reversible: All retracts purchased from JP are a reversible: this means that it can be operated in normal or reverse mode. Following the manual(How to change the retract direction), the customer can disassemble the trunion in order to change the direction of operation or renews.
